Our sweet wines made from Muscat grapes are produced through a natural process based on over-ripening of the grape, before going through cold maceration for 48 hours. The fermentation is not completed to retain a quantity of residual sugars, which is usually between 100 and 130 g per liter. They then undergo a long aging period of no less than 15 years in wooden casks and barrels. They acquire a golden-yellow color. Aromas of candied citrus, floral notes, and aromatic herbs. It is a harmonious wine with toasted wood notes, unctuous with long persistence while being fresh.
