Aromas that enchant
Made from Malvasía grapes, typical of Lanzarote, producing wines with an unmistakable personality and a taste that captures the essence of the island.
Made from Malvasía Volcánica grapes from Lanzarote, a grape with special characteristics, very terpenic, and which, aided in our winery during barrel aging on its own lees, creates a very complex, aromatic wine that envelops the palate in all its dimension. This wine is very glyceric and at the same time with so much body, recalling its passage through wood without hiding the characteristic salinity of its origins.
A fresher, fruitier wine where none of its fruity notes brought by its grapes are masked. Reminders of white fruits, tropical aromas like lemon, mango, or pineapple. It also reflects the saline character of the island.

Made from the Syrah and Listán Negro varieties, an example of the rich winemaking tradition of the Canary Islands. These grapes, grown on volcanic soil, produce wines with a very special character.
Made from grapes from ancient vines in La Geria, which macerate and ferment with their own stems in a wooden vat before moving on to barrels for at least a year before being bottled. It is not a high-density red, very smooth on the palate due to its medium to low acidity with very polished tannins and flavors of black fruit. It has a mineral background provided by the volcanic terrain from which it comes and makes it recognizable.
Single-varietal Syrah from a younger vineyard planted as part of a new project by the winery. The elaboration is carried out with whole clusters in the tank where they macerate and ferment, spending between 12 and 18 months in Bordeaux barrels and a subsequent aging of 12 months in the bottle. It is a dark high-density red with high alcohol and body, slightly acidic, and also tannic. On the nose, it is complex, with high aromatic intensity and aromas of red fruits intertwined with toffee from the barrel aging.
