Located within the Barranco del Obispo, next to the Timanfaya National Park, in La Geria, a wine-growing area of Lanzarote.
Founded in 2008 around a traditional Canarian house from 1730, now our Gourmet shop, with a deep desire to preserve and enhance our rich tradition, in clear homage to the work of the vintners who have helped create a magical landscape, thus propelling Lanzarote to be designated a Biosphere Reserve.

Lanzarote is a testament to the transformative power of nature, where the eruptions of the Timanfaya volcano between 1730 and 1736 shaped a spectacular and unique landscape in the world.
The careful architectural design of Stratvs reflects a commitment to sustainability and respect for the volcanic environment, using local materials that integrate harmoniously with the landscape, laying the foundations for the production of wines with a distinctive character, recognized both nationally and internationally.
