General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all wine tourism services offered by BODEGAS STRATVS on this website. These General Terms and Conditions will be effective for all offered services and may be modified without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect purchases already made before such modifications.
Purchase Formalization
Through the reservation process, the customer can select a wine tourism service and any extras, if available. Once the selection is complete, the customer will proceed to fill out personal data (depending on the service) to finalize the payment step. Payment details are not stored on this site and are managed by the financial entity (Redsys or Bizum). Before proceeding with payment, please carefully read the specific terms and conditions of each service, which include the individual cancellation and modification policies for each purchase.
Modification and/or Cancellation of Purchase
Through the cancellation or modification process, you can change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved spots (free of charge, provided it is within the established deadline). Increasing the number of spots is not allowed; for this, a new reservation must be made. If reducing the number of spots results in a refund, it will automatically be processed to your card or Bizum account.
General Purchase Conditions for Gift Services
If you have purchased our wine tourism gift services or received a gift, please note that gift purchases are by default non-refundable. Changes or returns are not accepted for such purchases. However, you can change the dates as many times as desired, provided availability exists. If the service is not provided by BODEGAS STRATVS, a full or partial refund will be issued for the purchase, provided the reservation cannot be accommodated within the initially scheduled timeframe. This is without prejudice to any claims that may be applicable under relevant civil and commercial regulations.
Conditions for Reservations Made Through Our Website
Reservations or tickets for specific dates and times acquired according to this document and received by the user via email will hold the same validity as if purchased in person at the winery. Website users may:
- Print their tickets and bring them to their visit.
- Download the PDF file received by email to their mobile device and present it at the winery entrance.
- Download their tickets received by email in passbook format.
Incidents with the Ticket Sales Service
Any issues related to the use or operation of the reservation/purchase and gift systems must be reported to the email address: info@bodegasvolver.com.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and the Website
BODEGAS STRATVS reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to these terms, the website, and the services offered at any time without prior notification. Consequently, BODEGAS STRATVS may alter, remove, or add content and services provided through the website, as well as the form of presentation or location of the site, and may even temporarily or permanently suspend its operation.
Intellectual Property
The texts (information, concepts, opinions, and similar content) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code, and similar elements) that make up the portal and are disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and layout, are the exclusive property of BODEGAS STRATVS or are exploited by agreements with third parties. All trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed, figurative, or nominative marks appearing on this portal belong to BODEGAS STRATVS or have been authorized for use by the rightful owners, protected under current legislation. Viewing, printing, and downloading (in all cases, partial content from the website) is authorized only for personal and private use without commercial purposes.
