Located within the Barranco del Obispo, next to the Timanfaya National Park, in La Geria, the winegrowing area of the island of Lanzarote.
Founded in 2008 around a traditional Canarian house from 1730, now our Gourmet Shop, with the deep desire to preserve and enhance our rich tradition, in clear tribute to the work of the winegrowers who have contributed to creating a magical landscape, thus helping Lanzarote to be declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

The island of Lanzarote is a testament to the transformative power of nature, where the eruptions of the Timanfaya volcano between 1730 and 1736 shaped a spectacular landscape, unique in the world.
The careful architectural design of Stratvs reflects a commitment to sustainability and respect for the volcanic environment, using local materials that blend harmoniously with the landscape, laying the foundations for the production of wines with a distinctive character, recognized both nationally and internationally.

Enjoy our wine and gastronomy experiences with daily guided tours, of approximately one hour, where you will explore the facilities, learn about the winemaking process and the characteristics of our vines, finishing with a final tasting of 3 of our wines and artisanal cheeses from Finca de Uga.
