The Agreement
These General Conditions will apply to all products offered by Bodega Stratvs on this website, as well as to the delivery of goods and services marketed by Bodega Stratvs on the visitor portal.
These General Conditions will be valid for all goods and services offered, and may be modified without prior notice, with changes not affecting purchases already made up to that point.
Purchase Formalization
The purchase of products offered on the website is made by selecting the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping cart. Once the selection is complete, the purchase will continue with the completion of personal data (depending on each case) for the issuance of the invoice and credit card information to make the payment for the products. By finally accepting the completed purchase, the final purchase of the selected products will be made, and the payment method (Credit Card or Bizum) will be selected.
The customer declares that he/she is of legal age (at least 18 years old) having the capacity to consume the wine offered during the visit to the winery and that he/she understands the general conditions in their entirety.
Intellectual Property
The texts (information, concepts, opinions, and similar) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code, and similar) that constitute the Portal and are disseminated through it, as well as its presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of Bodega Stratvs or it holds the exploitation rights through agreements with third parties. All trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed, figurative, or nominative marks appearing on this Portal belong to Bodega Stratvs or have, with prior authorization, the right to use them and are protected by current legislation in this regard.
Viewing, printing, and downloading (in any case, partial content of the website) is only authorized if done for personal and private use, without commercial purposes.
Conditions for Purchasing as a Gift
Users can purchase their gifts in advance following the instructions indicated on the website. The purchase of gifts is subject to the right of NO withdrawal. No changes or returns are accepted in the purchase. However, if there is a failure to provide the service by Bodega Stratvs, a total or partial refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be made if the reservation at the Winery is not possible within the initially planned deadlines. All this without prejudice to the claims that may be applicable under the civil and commercial regulations.
Use of Reservations Acquired Through Our Website
Tickets acquired in accordance with the previous section, which the user receives in their email, have the same value as if they had been physically purchased at the Winery. The Web user can:
- Print their tickets on plain paper, ensuring that the printout is correct and that the codes identifying and individualizing each ticket are readable.
- Download the .pdf file received by email to their mobile device and show it at the entrance to the Winery.
- Download the tickets received in their email in passbook format.
Tickets entitle the holder to access the Winery or the event for which they were purchased and are valid exclusively for the selected Wine Tourism Service, day, and time.
Issues with the Ticket Sales Service
Any incident related to the use and operation of the reservation/purchase and gift system must be reported to the email address marketing@stratvs.com.
Data Protection Policy
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that you can send a written request at any time and free of charge to the Association of Bodega Stratvs at Crta. La Geria km. 18 35570 Yaiza (Lanzarote), attaching a photocopy of your identity document, to request your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability of your data.
In addition, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, at the following address: Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid, if the interested party considers that Bodega Stratvs has violated the rights granted by the applicable data protection regulations.

Also, we inform you that JIG DIGITAL is responsible for processing this data, managing the reservation/ticket/gift sales platform for Bodega Stratvs.
Filling in all the fields collected in this form is mandatory and implies your express consent to the processing of your personal data for the indicated purposes. In the event that personal data concerning individuals other than the one completing this form must be included, they must, prior to their inclusion, be informed of the contents in the paragraphs above and Bodega Stratvs’ Privacy Policy.
Changes in Conditions and on the Website
Bodega Stratvs reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate to these conditions, the website, and the services provided at any time without prior notice. Consequently, Bodega Stratvs may change, delete, or add both the content and the services provided through the website, as well as the presentation or location of the website, even temporarily or definitively suspend its operation.
