100% Malvasía ungrafted root-stock. It is the most deeply-rooted (historically) in Lanzarote.

Dry white wine aged on lees.
13.5 % alcoholic strength.
Designation of Origin:
A new dry version of Malvasía, further enhancing its aroma and taste. A round wine, less acidity, more unctuosity, density in the mouth.
Preferably semi-cured cheeses (goat, cow and sheep). All kinds of fish, whether white or blue, salads. It can also accompany meats.
