Malvasía, 100% ungrafted root-stock, it is the most deeply-rooted variety in Lanzarote.
Type of wine:
Natural sweet wine (with no added sugar).
14.5% alcoholic strength.
Approximately 4 grams of tartaric acid/litre.
Perfect with foie-gras, all kinds of strong cheeses (Cabrales, Roquefort, Log of goat´s cheese), desserts and fine baked goods, served with fruit or with cream.
It can be served at different temperatures:
– Very cold: between 4-6 ºC. / Ambient temperature: around 17ºC.
– Very cold: between 6-8 ºC. / Ambient temperature: around 17-19ºC.
Long duration: up to 20 years.
